To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all of its accessories.
Proof of purchase(receipt or order ID) is required when requesting a return or replacement.
To request a return/replacement, please provide us with proof of purchase and reason for return and send to email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping postage when returning an unwanted or unsatisfied item.
