When you receive your item(s), either if you are not satisfied, receive wrong one, or item is damaged/with defects upon arrival.

You can request a return or replacement within 30 days from the day of receipt.

To return item(s) that are unwanted or unsatisfied, a restocking fee may apply:

Days Past: 0~7 days 7~15 days 15~30 days over 30 days
Restocking Fee: Free of Charge 10% 20% No longer returnable


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all of its accessories.

Proof of purchase(receipt or order ID) is required when requesting a return or replacement.

To request a return/replacement, please provide us with proof of purchase and reason for return and send to help@radiokie.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping postage when returning an unwanted or unsatisfied item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items).

Please contact support if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are not returnable per our return policy.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and make a separate purchase for the new item, we will issue a refund for the return order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few working days (typically 3~5 days) for the payment bank or credit card issuing bank to process and post the refund.
