Return Policy

We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for you.

When you receive the product(s), either if you are not satisfied, receive the wrong item, or the item is damaged/with defects upon arrival. You can request a return or exchange within 45 days from the order shipped date.

To return the item(s) that are unwanted or unsatisfied, a restocking fee may apply:

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with all of its accessories.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required when requesting a return or exchange.


To request a return/exchange, please provide us with proof of purchase and reason for return and send to help@radiokie.com. We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package if your return/exchange qualifies.
You will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping postage(no outbound shipping fee for free-shipping orders) when returning item(s) for unwanted, unsatisfied, or any other personal reasons.

Note: Item(s) sent back to us without requesting a return priorly will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as we can. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable item(s)

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special offer orders or personalized items).
  • Please contact our support if you have any questions or concerns about your return for specific item(s).
  • Gift Cards, Extended Warranty Services, Giveaway item(s) are not returnable.
  • Sale items, special offers (open-box deals) are final sales and not returnable. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you received and make a separate purchase for the new item(s), we will issue a refund for the return order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds
We will notify you through e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few working days (typically 3~5 days) for the bank to process and post the refund.
