• Shipping fees are calculated at check out and are weight-based calculated.

• If you wish to receive your order faster, Expedited Shipping is available at check out, usually taking between 3~5 days after the carrier picks up your order.

• Use with another product or other damage or loss suffered by the use or combination of any other item.
• Improper or inadequate maintenance.
• Repairs by an unauthorized service technician.
• Normal wear and tear.

• Open-box (Special Offer) items are products that have damaged packaging or are otherwise not suitable to be sold as new.
• All items are tested to be working by our quality control team member.
• These orders qualify for a 5-month warranty instead of the above-stated period and are not eligible for warranty extensions.
• Nor do we accept returns of Open-box product(s) due to cosmetic damage or other non-performance-related issues.
• All sales of Open-box product(s) are final and not eligible for a return or refund.
