Our Warranty Applies to:
Brand-new products purchased on www.radiokie.com only.
Warranty Limits:
- The warranty valid from the date we shipped your order.

Proof of purchase (Invoice or order ID) is required when filing a claim.
- The warranty limits to initial purchase of an order and is non-transferable.
- The warranty valid through it's original period after being claimed.
Situations the Warranty Not Covered:
This limited warranty does not cover damages directly or indirectly arising or resulting from or during:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or acts of God (including lightning and other weather conditions).
- Use with another product or other damage or loss suffered by the use or combination of any other item.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Repairs by an unauthorized service technician.
- Normal wear and tear.

- All items are tested to be working by our quality control team member.
- These orders qualify for a 5-month warranty instead of the above-stated period and are not eligible for warranty extensions.
- Nor do we accept returns of Open-box product(s) due to cosmetic damage or other non-performance-related issues.
- All sales of Open-box product(s) are final and not eligible for a return or refund.
